ABOUT US
Our adventures are incredibly awesome,
and there isn’t a club like ours anywhere else in the U.S. You can
think of us as the Boy Scouts (which we respect a great deal) but
without all of the badge requirements, competition, and uniforms. We
do the fun part – the adventures! And unlike the Boy Scout’s, our
adventures are designed for ALL of the fathers to participate with
their sons with the goal not only being to have a blast and become
an experienced outdoorsman, but also to really connect and bond with
their sons.
Most of our members reside in Loudoun, Fairfax, and the
greater Shenandoah Valley region although we do have some members
who make the trek over from Maryland.
Our membership is growing quickly!
I recently read to my father a testimonial we received
from one of our members. When I finished reading it to him over the
phone, my dad was too choked-up to reply. We are indeed changing the
lives of families in our community! Fathers - I encourage you to
make your son, and your family, a priority over yourself or your
career. I also encourage you to live more vibrantly in general, and
joining our club is a great step in the right direction!
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SON
Everyone is a
son.
If you do not have a son, then bring your dad, your nephew, or the
son of a single mom that you might know. The only criteria for
joining is that you have to be a male.
The reason we
do not allow females is simple – if a 7 year old girl attended, my
7 year old son Zachary would pay more attention to her than to me. If
teenage girls are there, then teenage boys will pay attention to them
and vice versa. Our goal is to create an environment most conducive
for fathers and sons to bond and feel free to just be
themselves. However, because our families
are so important to us, we invite our families to join us on one
of our springtime adventure so the moms and sisters can enjoy an
adventure with us and see first-hand what we are all about!
